Patient engagement

There are a number of ways for local residents to help us to improve the overall patient experience.

We work together to share ideas with the aim of helping to improve the services offered at the practice in addition to sourcing any local community services that would help enhance aspects of the patient’s lives.

Patient Participation Groups

A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of people who are patients of the surgery and want to help it work as well as it can for patients, doctors and staff.
